experience the beauty of living in communion with nature and cultivating the Earth within the jungles of Costa Rica! in our retreats, my partner and i open our new home to share with you a more holistic way of living, outside of the traditional western path. we are so beyond excited to show up in this way, and hope to bring such deep transformation to your life.

pricing:

we offer sliding scale prices to allow this retreat to be more accessible! please take some time to reflect so that you may select a price that resonates strongly with you and that you feel honors our energetic exchange. the money we receive goes into supporting the local economy, continuing to develop our new home, and allowing us to continue creating impactful resources + offerings. all prices are in USD.

you are welcome to suggest a different set of dates (longer or shorter) in the form at the end of this page; we can then discuss pricing privately.

6 day retreat:
(6 days, 5 nights – including travel days)

1 person: $1,111 – $2,222
2 people: a second person can be added on for a reduced price of $888 – $2,222
(a total price range of $1,999 – $4,444)

10 day retreat:
(10 days, 9 nights & includes travel days)

1 person: $1,555 – $3,333
2 people: a second person can be added on for a reduced price of $1,111 – $2,222
(a total price range of $2,666 – $5,555)

included within pricing:

• lodging: you will be staying in the spare bedroom of our new home, furnished with a queen bed! there is not currently internet in our home, but there is cell reception. we have electricity, water, and a fully functional kitchen, fridge, and washing machine. we are a 5min walk from the beach and have a stream bordering our land. you can find photos of our home here!

• home meals: 3 meals a day of traditional costa rican cuisine are included in the pricing! you are responsible to pay for your meal if we collectively decide to order food/eat out, as well as any food requests outside of what is being offered.

• transportation after arrival: once you have arrived in Pavones, gas costs and transportation fees for our motorcycle will be covered. you are responsible for your plane tickets, bus tickets, car rentals, and/or taxi rides.

payment can be made through zelle, cashapp, venmo, apple pay, or a direct debit/credit card payment on my website.

a deposit of at least 25% of the payment must be received at least 3 weeks before your arrival date. the rest of the payment must be received at least 1 week before your arrival date.

availability:

you can choose your own dates! as of 2.15.23, we have full availability and are ready to accept guests. to check for future your desired dates, press this link to access a google calendar with all bookings.

when choosing dates for your retreat, please allow at least 5 days before/after dates that are already reserved so that we have time to prepare for your arrival! i also recommend against traveling on a saturday or sunday, as transportation options are limited on weekends.

on the survey at the bottom of the page, you can select if you desire a solo retreat, are traveling with a partner, or are open to being paired up with someone else.

travel information:

as of April 1st, 2022, there are no longer any travel restrictions to enter into Costa Rica! no covid test, no travel insurance, no vaccination!

to arrive to Pavones, Costa Rica, you will need to fly into San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). then, you can either take a Sansa flight (1 hour, around $140) or a very safe and beautiful bus ride (~7 hours, around $10 – $15) to reach Golfito. we will meet you in Golfito, and take a bus ride or taxi back to Pavones! you are also welcome to rent a car in Golfito, if you desire, and drive to Pavones with us. we will discuss these plans together to find the best plan of action!

the first and last days of the retreat are set as travel dates to pick you up and send you off.

• once you have filled out the survey below, you’ll receive a packing list, waiver, and safety information! you can review these documents beforehand here!

• please be aware that our house is in nature, so you will encounter critters and creatures! in the 2yrs+ i have been living here, i have not been bitten/stung by anything dangerous, but it is a possibility.

• this retreat is 18+.

• this retreat is strictly alcohol, cigarette, and cocaine free.
